At SureHealth Senior Living, we provide our residents with personalized professional services. We charge a monthly fee for the provision of assisted living care and other supplementary personal attention that is necessary to maintain the residents’ health and well-being.
These services are all-inclusive in the monthly fee, including medication administration and other supplies. There are no itemized extra costs or rate increases for 12 months.
- 24-hour on-site supervision
- Meal Preparation:
- Three meals prepared in the facility according to a menu plan determined by a licensed dietician
- Two snacks (one after lunch and the other after dinner)
- Current menus are available for your inspection with the program manager
- Special dietary needs as required by a physician or governed by religious preferences will be met
- Personal assistance with all daily activities, such as toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
- Common use telephone/cable TV
- Medication administration
- Specially designed program for Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory impairment
- RN supervision
- Individualized service plan
- Health Management
- Monitor health status and coordinate services (free of charge) per physicians’ orders and the individualized service plan.
- Care planning
- Schedule weekly trips to shopping malls, picnics and special events/activities where families are encouraged to join in
- Life celebration on residents’ birthdays and other festive occasions
There are also other services that SureHealth Senior Living is capable of providing for an additional fee. These are:
- In-house physician and psychiatrist visits: These services can be arranged and billed directly to Medicare or any other health insurance company as required.
- Pharmacy Service: Coordination with a pharmacy for delivery of medication. Pharmacy will bill the insurance companies directly
- Beautician’s visits as needed
